I am very impressed. I am in my 50s, fair skinned, and lost quite a bit of weight about 7 years ago and now have disgusting facial wrinkles. After cleansing my face the other evening, I melted some organically grown coconut oil between my fingers and applied to my face. The coconut oil sat on my skin for 2-3 minutes and then suddenly disappeared. And with it most of my wrinkles disappeared! Awesome. I tried it again a couple of days later and the same thing happened. And my face kept its less wrinkled appearance all day at work. The organically grown coconut oil isn't cheap but compared to the high priced facial creams it is very inepensive. My skin feels noticibly softer for a few hours also. Does anyone know if the de-wrinkling effect is strictly temporary or if wrinkles actually lessen with continued use of the coconut oil?

I am a big believer in feeding your skin and giving it proper nutrients from within with a healthy Diet and pure water and only to use natural products on the actual surface of my skin. This is a reply to # 661,290Take a look at the Filipino women for your answer. Most of them consume coconut oil on a daily basis, and also use it on their skin. Gloria Arroyo, the president of the Philippines whose picture is in the news a lot, is in her late 50's but still looks like a teen-ager practically.

I would like to know more, like you... i have read on this forum that a few persons have found new wrinkles on their face after using coconut oil...
Skin is precious, and If I use it in my cook, I am a little bit afraid of using it on my skin after reading that...
