These are my best local options for milk:
1) raw goats milk from goats fed on hay and grain ($6 a gallon)
2) pastuerized (not ultra-pastuerized and not homoginized) whole cows milk from pastured cows ($6.30 a gallon)with the cream on top
Locally I can get butter made from option #2 above.
I trying to do the best we can. I was hoping for some feedback on these options.
