You can add fruit and stevia. originally it tastes like plain yogurt (slightly more sour). Yogurt is fermented milk too, so is cheese. wine is fermented grapes. saurkraut is fermented cabbage. Years ago there were no cans and chemical
preservatives . people lived off mostly fermented things.
I put 1/2 cup kefir with some frozen strawberries, stevia, touch of cinnamon, and ice and a little water. Mix it up and thats a good breakfast shake. You can throw in any powdered supplimets that you don't like the taste of, because it will dominate the flavor. You can add, papaya, pineapple, nut butters, carob powder, wheatgrass or green powders, peaches, coconut milk. I like using stevia as a sweetener because the
parasites and fungus can't metabolize it and it does not increase glucose (diabetics will like it).
