Stools depend a lot on what you are eating, and there are no simple rules ...
But, it should be soft enough to easily leave your sigmoid, you shuld not use too much force, and in most people, healthy stool means stool that sinks.
Position in which you empty your sigoid is also very importnt.
Squating position is 100 times better then sitting!
After several days of menatal relaxation (holiday) combined with good diet and high level of physical activity, and a lot of sun, most people achive the "perfect stool" ... as long as they have clean liver and clean bowel and plenty of clean water.
Healthy bowel is full of good bacteria!
No1 enemy of bowel are antibiotocs! and pesticides ... and Amalgam!
Also, sugar, vingar and alcohol can very badly afect already weak bowel flora ...
Those are known to kill good bacteria (probiotics)
