Yes, you can use capsules, but it would be better to ad a teaspoon of olive oil to your food, mixed thoroughly, such a cooked veggies and salads. You can also cook with it (only olive oil and coconut oil can be heated without causing harmful breakdown products). Unsalted butter also is of great benfit if added to veggies or grains/legumes (one teaspoon each dish). THese fats aid the digestion and absorption of food.
