hi,
are you saying that kefir caused you and your husband to have these problems for 6 months, or that they're just a recent occurence?
i've heard in high amounts it can stimulate a die off reaction, but what you're describing sounds a bit extreme. i suppose it's possible to develop an allergy to it as we can to anything, but boy hopefully not.
have you drank it everyday for 6 months?
how much do you both drink per day?
type of milk used?
do you drink it immediately or let it sit out in room temperature for a few days?
i've only found kefir to REDUCE or eliminate any type of infection or flare up i've had(in any amount that i've drank it). it's never made any of my symptoms worse. at first my nose would run slightly from drinking it, but after the first week or so that stopped. aside from the first week it's all been good only.
thanks,
