The pads will generally stimulate the body's response to release independently of other detoxification protocols. Not all toxins that the pads help release are deposited in the pads; toxins will be excreted through the urine and feces as well.
Having said the above,however, the use of the pads does not preclude the use of other detoxification protocols. For example, we have found that the pads, in conjunction with "dentox" are very effective in releasing relatively quickly some of the lower atomic number metals, such as aluminum and arsenic. Also, many people like to use the pads when doing a liver or parasite cleanse to act as a "safety net" for all the released toxic waste emanating from the cleanses. Others will use them when having dental work for similar reasons.
