Wow, I'm such a mess who knows what my brain fog is from! I just finished getting my
Amalgams removed, I am hypothyroid, and I have high triglycerides ... I started bowel cleansing in late summer of last year and had the teeth fixed in December 2003 and January of this year. I am told I need to do
Liver Cleansing but my naturopath doesn't want me to challenge my liver with oil just yet, so I am concentrating on the metals detoxification for the moment. I have been getting chelation treatment from the naturopath and I thought trying Dr. V's pads might help too, from what I've read here in this forum. I am a scientist by profession, so I have turned myself into my own research project!
I have noticed that brain fog is noticable when I have disrupted anything - when I started any of the treatments/procedures I have done. I have always taken it as a sign that toxins are starting to move ... I'm sure that others here have their own theories too.
Good luck to you! Try some of the things you read about on these boards and take good notes - you never know what you'll discover or how good you'll feel unless you try.
