Dr Sharat Misra MD,DM,FA,
yes, overdoing of anything can cause health problems and even death.
I think most people are aware of it.
Overeating can cause death.
Overdrinking can cause death.
Running too much can cause death.
Walking too much can cause death.
Driving car can cause death.
Too much sex can cause death.
Does that mean that we shoud avoid eating, drinking, running, walking, driving, having sex?
How about moderation?
No where on this web site or on this forum you will find a recommandation to overdo enema, or to overdo any cleanse.
Moderation is the key to health, not extremism.
Doing enema can also cause addiction.
People who try to do enema every day for over a month, may become addicted, and may not be able to empty colon without doing enema.
That is bad. Enema should be used in moderation, it should not be used to replace natural bowel function.
Too much of good = bad.
Thank you for posting your experience.
Have you ever tried enema yourself?
Have you ever tried
Liver Flush yourself?
Try it, before you make any conclusion, it helps understend risks and benefits ....
best of health
