Hi Sherri - I don't think the
Liver Flush caused your neck problem, but may be it was already there just waiting for the right conditions to present itself. Bulging discs are a sign of inflammation that needs to be dealt with in order to heal. I did take low dose steroids(1st time in my life) for a week, anti-inflammatories for 2 weeks, and heating pads helped alot with my disc problems. When you have autoimmune problems your body is generally weaker than it should be, and needs a little extra help. Prior to this disc episode, I hadn't even had one aspirin in 11/2 years. I rely on diet, herbs, vits/mins/sups to control my autoimmune problems.
Did you do some bowel/
parasite cleansing before the
Liver Flush to prepare your body for an easier time? I think you should not shy away from another liver flush. It may be what your body really needs to fix that neck pain.
Unfortunately, my arm and shoulder pain is coming back. I have not had a recurrance of the tingling and numbness in my hand, and my neck remains flexible. I will be doing my 2nd flush next week, preceded by a 2-3 day juice fast. I hope that will 'flush away' my pain.
All the best to you - Debbie
