Some foods that are naturally cleansing for the liver include: carrots, apples and apple juice, lemons and lemon juice, oranges, and grapefruit. There are more, but I don't have my list here with me. Raw pumpkin seed have Omega 3 fatty acids and helps kill and prevent parasites, garlic and onion are also supposed to be good for the liver and provide natural
parasite cleansing. Of course, drink plenty of pure water.
