Advice from anyone experienced appreciated... I'm 49, and have rosacea, as well as an immunodeficiency, which is normally quite debilitating in people, but mine never has been, as I have had it at bay with diet and supplements.
Recently, I had a blood test done which showed two of my liver enzymes slightly elevated. and I do feel sluggish, and susceptible to the cold. The doc said I had fatty liver, but that didn't equate with the cholestrol tests, or with the bilirubin. Someone else suggested that I had biliary insufficiency.
So I have spent some time reading here, with a view to doing the liver cleanse. I also admit to being somewhat apprehensive about it.
About a month ago, I started a
Liver Cleansing diet, which uses fruit and vegetable juices, but found that my rosacea has flared and become worse than ever before. I don't normally process the amount of sugars that juices provide, so I'm assuming that maybe candida has gotten out of control.
I read the cleansing pages, and also the points made at the bottom of the Hulda recipe about doing the kidney and
parasite cleanse first. So I went and read them too. But...
If I do those, I will be hanging around for months before even getting around to doing a liver cleanse, so I want to skip them. I also feel they just make everything overly complicated.
Would it be safe then, to just get on with the job of doing a liver cleanse using an enema before, and afterwards?
and what does someone do, who cannot tolerate olive oil? (Not me, another family member)
If I do just go ahead, is there anything I should specifically watch out for, or take particular attention to get right?
