I was just reading your post and had a thought. I use to have these heart palpitations until we cut out caffeine. Sometimes I get a little caffeine and it doesn't bother me, but a lot more than usual gives me the palpitations again.

With regards to the adrenaline/epinephrine, your post made me think about my resting heart rate. It has always been what I think is high (upper 90s and on caffeine at that time). I took it while I was sitting here and it was 82. My husband is usually in the 60s. I wonder if the adrenals are causing my heart to beat faster.

I had just recently read about copper toxicity and that seems to relate to me as well.
