Hi Andreas -
Me again! Thanks for your response re: my tonsils getting pussy and lymph nodes swollen. I have pain in my ileocecal valve area much of the time. I have a history of having problems with my ileocecal valve. Could this be causing a back-up in my small intestines and thus my tonsils, and also be related to back up in lymphatic system?
I would love to do a consult with you when I have the $ as you suggested. Until then, I will just keep flushing.

This is a reply to # 604,516Your are correct. Keeping the colon as clean as you can, especially the ascending colon, (colonic or colema) prevents much of the distress near the ileocecal valve.

This is a reply to # 604,525Hi Andreas I was wondering since my Tonsils were taken out when I was 6 years old because of bad eating habits(my parents did not know) and they clean and filter the blood in the head area... I was wondering if it will affect me further on and what methods can I use to do the functions of the tonsils I dont have. Can this also be a cause of my acne? And what side effects and long term effects does not having tonsils affect! Thank you!

This is a reply to # 604,516Also...anytime you feel tenderness in the area of the ileocecal valve massage it gently until the tenderness leaves or you feel a gurgle or 'click'. The ileocecal valve is located about halfway between your right hip and belly button.
And dry skin brushing is great for the lymphatic system...circulates and cleanses the lymph. Rebounding...jumping on a mini-trampoline...is another fun way to do this!
