Genny, this is important - try to omit the grains and sugars in your diet, and see if the "fats" maybe are not a problem.
Thats what I found, and it helped my IBS.
I got offa grains, rice, corn, soy, bread, wheat, and POTATOES!! It is difficult, but now I eat veggies an frruits and berries and nuts and seeds.m Thats all. Its lots!!
...don't get discouraged!!
