Okay all you FullMoonFlushers!
I have to say that I think I'm done! Could it be?
First of all, like Lapis, this was my best feeling flush so far! Not one little ounce of nausea at all! Slept right through like a baby. Felt great! Wooo hoooooo!
So, I didn't get out any stones at all. 10 bm's later and nothing. Here's the progression:
1st flush: approx 75 stones - up to 9mm marble size - all of them a tan/golden crust on the outside and emerald green on the inside.
2nd flush: approx 40 to 50 stones - smaller stones - pea-sized - all of them the same tan/golden with emerald insides.
3rd flush: approx 30 stones - smaller yet - all of them a dark GREEN on the outside this time! Same emerald on the inside. This was a switch! Hadn't seen the greenies up till now.
4th flush: only 16 stones - all small/teeny - all of them the same dark green with emerald insides. I felt I was coming to the end.
5th flush: This time I tried the IceCreamFlush (all others were HuldaClark) and did everything you'd do for a Hulda flush - but instead of the oo/gf ate a thing of haagen daaz (it was awful! ha. ha.) The day before Hanna had done the same flush and had gotten out stones. I didn't get out any. I thought it was because it didn't work....but....maybe not...?!
6th flush: Last night. Same HuldaFlush and not one stone!
I really am thinking that I must be at the end of my stones! I know it seems too early but....they were tapering right off and they went from what I'm assuming are older stones (tan/golden) to newer stones (greens) to....nothing at all!
Hmmmmm.
I'm feelin' good. Time for repairing. Got myself some Milk Thistle/Dandelion tincture and will use it all up to rebuild my liver and gallbladder.

the next time I got maybe more than a thousand. Green, brown, black (these were the size of bee pollen) and a lot of chaff.
Hasn't been two weeks yet but symptoms are coming back too good. Had a really good week. Couldn't believe I could go 6 or 7 hours without eating and still not get a headache.- different rates of stone-making Tracey

This is a reply to # 593,887Ha! Yes, it's true. Not so good for us but yum yum yummy!! Basically you just follow the Hulda Clark instructions (hydrate, fast, take the ES at night and in the morning) but instead of taking the olive oil and grapefruit mix you eat a bucket of ice cream. Apparently Haagen Daaz Vanilla is IT because it doesn't have carageenan in it (or it does....I can't remember which - but it's the kind to have and just happens to be my favourite! ha.)
I checked out the fat content of the ice cream and it's not nearly as high as the olive oil of course...but eating FAT after fasting and opening up the ducts SHOULD push out the bile (and stones) in order to digest the fats. Hanna got out stones (not many but some!) - but I didn't get out any...but it could be that I was coming to the end of my stones anyway!
Stonehedge did the flush but whipped up 2 cups of whipped cream and ate it with canteloupe...You could do that too. He couldn't resist and a few hours later swallowed some olive oil/gf - got out stones but it wasn't a real 'test'.
You can try that enjoyable flush once just for fun and see if you get anything but it's not recommended every time for obvious reasons! ha!

so let me get this straight...the only purpose for drinking the oil is for its fat content? Thereby you could use a different form of fat being ice cream? Not sure if I'm getting this right.
Can you specifically post for me what the protical is for this flush?
*In other words...how long do I fast and what do I drink during it?
*how much and how to take the Epson salt?
*will it make me feel sick?
*is this a "don't plan on going anywhere the nest day" thing? lol

This is a reply to # 593,891The link below is to the Hulda Clark Flush....if you want to try the ice cream just substitute the oo/gf for haagen daaz. (might not be best to do this one for your first flush! esp since you've got candida!)
Some people feel a little nauseous in the wee hours of the morning and some people don't. It passes.
Usually the whole procedure is over by early/mid afternoon. In the morning you're going to be running to the toilet alot!
Yup...the point of the oil is to flood your stomach with FAT so that the liver sends out a load of saved-up bile (saved because you haven't eaten any fats!) and along with the bile and the pressure the stones come out of the ducts too. (check out 'Images' above and click on 'Intraheptic liver stones ' mine looked exactly like that!)
Thing is..olive oil is a very good for you fat. Ice cream is not so good for you fat and the fat content is WAY less. So it's just better to do it with 1/2 cup of olive oil and some grapefruit juice. (freshly squeezed organic and PINK tastes best!)

This is a reply to # 593,931I think my problem is that just the thought of drinking any type of oil at all...makes me have the dry heaves. I hate oil and the taste of it. Any other methods available? I tried the oil flush before but took a few swallows and threw up. I don't think I'd be able to keep it down even for a minute.

If you use just half a cup of oil and mix it with grapefruit juice you cannot even taste the oil. I would suggest getting three nice big juicy pink grapefruit and squeezing them. Put it into a container that you can shake. I use a straw, just because I am so used to drinking the oil with one. I also sip V-8 juice. Very small sips. I do better if I do not chug down the concoction. Give it a try.

So should I expect to get sick with this? And not go any where the next day?
Does the Epsom Salt drink do the same thing as the oil drink? or are they 2 different things?
The last one i did was with only 3 oz and I couldn't get it down. Even 1/2 cup seems like an aweful lot. ewwwwwwww lol

I remember Hanna said that she read somewhere it had to be vanilla! (aw) I didn't know that at the time and got Strawberry (yum yum). You should try it! (chocolate?)
I think I'll wait some months before doing the flush again - it was SO hard for me to get the OO/GF down last night. I couldn't believe it.
I will definitely do it again, though! oh yes! It will be SO interesting to see when I have more stones. How long it takes for my body to make them...or IF it will make them again...That will be cool to see. I don't eat any hydrogenated oil...the fat I eat is mainly olive oil...so I'm wondering if that'll help not create those choleserol/bile blockers!
We'll see!

say 1/2 cup of olive oil and some amount of vinegar + spices?
mix it with maybe tomato juice too for flavour and toss a salad with it instead?
i don't see why it wouldn't work. except all those greens coming out...all that fiber, i guess you'd have to chew it up really good!
and would it make one throw up cause of all the solids in the stomach? or not?

This is a reply to # 593,882I do not know if the stones are done coming out or not. I have passed about 30 so far. A few nice sized ones and lots of real small ones.
This full moon thing is the way to go. I had NO nausea at all. It was so amazing. I used a little over a cup of oil and three big fat grapefruits. It took me an hour or so to get the concoction down. Was about 24 ounces.
This will always be remembered as our Full Moon Friday the 13th Liver Flush.
Let's hear from the rest of the people that did the flush.

I usually use two cups of oil, but when I went to get it out, there was only that much left.
Even more worse, when I do the two cups of oil, I drink it straight and after each drink of it I sip lemon juice. Takes me about an hour to get it down. I use a straw to drink it with, putting the straw way back in my mouth so I do not have to taste the olive oil. I tried to flush in the early afternoon twice, using only half cup oil and the grapefruit juice and it all came up.
I do not take any Epsom Salts ! I tried it once and it was an experience I just want to forget. I know that Epsom Salts work great for most people, I am just not one of them.
*LOL* about doing an enema! I want to do it, but cannot get off the pot long enough to do the enema. I think later on this evening when things slow down I will manage to do a coffee enema.
This was flush #10 for me. I think I am getting close to being stone free. I hope so !! I feel good today. The only weird thing is that I am super hungerrrrry. I cannot figure this one out. I am not usually hungry at all the day after a flush.
I sure will be doing my flushes on full moon's from now on. Even though I did not get a lot of stones out, this was one of my better flushes, considering I had no nausea at all. I took a nap and then was up during the night and when I knocked out early this morning I slept eight hours.

This is a reply to # 593,916ohhhh! i don't know how you can hold all that oil. but i guess over an hr. it is possible...lol. i just know that i have to chug it all at once and a cup is a lot of liquid in my gut. especially after not eating most day. if i was to sip it i don't think i could make myself do it for that long!
so you are hungry...so am i. i've had amazing appetite all day long and ate very well...inlcuding some greens from our garden..with you guess it OLIVE OIL dressing! lol!
in regards to the salts, i hated them before flush 6. but after that i started to cap them and now as long as i don't have to taste them they are a blessing! i can feel my bile ducts relaxing on my 7th flush and stones passing through..and boy they were rocks!
and i hope you are or will be soon, stone free! i hope to be there soon, altho at flush 8 i am barely starting to pass the hardened ones. it's just been small and huge green ones till today.
at least i'd like to think i'm half way there! :-D

Sounds like you are getting there too.
I did not mind the taste of the Epsom Salts , it was the way they effected me. But thanks for the capping tip....who knows, maybe one day I will try the ES again.
The times I did puke was when I chugged the oil...also was a day time flush, and used just half cup oil mixed with grape fruit juice.
*LOL* I did not have the craving for any olive oil on salad today !! I did crave baked potato with avacado and fresh garlic.
