What I do for the nausea is ginger it's not easy but it helps and I also do fresh garlic. I put the cloves in the garlic press and in
a little water and hold my nose. that helps everything. I also would stay away from sweets as they say that sweets cause inflamation.
I did get relief from trigger point therapy but If he feels better tell him not to go back because it can get costly and he will not get
the same treatment twice. I also sleep with a humidifier that keeps the pollen out of my system. But they need to be cleaned every
couple of days and bleached every now and again.Mine gets moldy. I had a massage that was great and when I went back 3 mos later I felt horrible
so I think they want you to keep coming back to get that great feeling you had after the first treatment. Chiropractic was the same way
for me. Just don't go back! I also would not take any meds. I got a sinus infection a few monthes back and went to E.R. and was
given three different meds and when I took them I became very ill. That is just what my liver did not need. After that I started
flushing and I'm hoping that this will help. I am planning the intestinal flush in the near future. I know I am in the right place this time.
The pollen seems to be a great deal of my problems especially the ragweed and oak even if it is very low I don't feel well. I have
not gotten out enough stones yet to relieve my allergies. But I am sure when I do I will feel better. If your husband can get rid of the
headache totally he will feel better.
This is what I do if anyone has any other advice I would appreciate it as well.
Best Samantha
