I was lucky to only have adhesive capsulitis in one shoulder. It took me two months of aggressive home-stretching exercises to restore full mobility, which finally ended the unbearable pain. I have a MS Word-95 document with the exercises (from a physical therapist) which I used and would be happy to share it with you. Just e-mail me.
I had frozen shoulder and had two cortisone shots four months apart. They "cured" the frozen shoulder but I am left with what I think is tendinitis or bursitis. I would like to know what exercises you do, otherwise I am going to go back to the dr. and get a physical therapist.
Thanks
Kent,
I have been sufffering from frozen shoulder for about 5 months and have been visiting a therapist for the last six weeks. The condition appears to be worsening so I would be interested to read your cure and see your excersises.
Any help you can suggest would be appreciated
Thanks
Peter
I am new to this forum and just saw this post. It sounds very interesting. I am glad you got the pain relief and restored mobility.
I have been dealing with this problem for two years.
Could you please send the exercises to me.
Hi, I have read your message about the frozen shoulder self-treatment. I have the same problem and would really appreciate it if you could send me a copy of the exercises you used for your treatment.
Thanks
Ive been diagnosed with frozen shoulder. It's been very painful and Ive just started physical therapy. I would appreciate if you would email me at (itspsmee@hotmail.com) the exercises. I cant imagine living with this for 2 yrs.

Hi,
I was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder in April and would really appreciate getting a copy of your exercises. Please email to BStoneVP@msn.com
Thank you.
I would be interested in your workout programme. I have just had a MUA for a frozen shoulder, only 6 weeks after a major shoulder op, so I am sore, fed up and in need of something that may just work.
I would be grateful for the information. With thanks
