I agree --In the past, I havnt really taken Omega oils in any forms-- except for some peanut butter, or olive oil in my salad .
Now , after my sister has had alot of success with PMS by taking Oil of Evening Primrose capsules, this year I started taking them for my bad PMS. After two months of NO Irritability , no bloat, no cramps-, etc. -- and not even knowing that I even had my period, because I was symptom free, I truly am impressed with Oil of Evening Primrose.
After this success, I took a longer look at the healthfood store cooler at the Flax Seed Oil, and then the Hemp Oil (all unrefined, organic) and when the Hemp Seed Oil went on sale, I bought 3 bottles , and now am also taking Hempseed oil, Flaxseed oil, and Cod liver oil .
Let me tell you- I am 43, and can bend my knees with no problem- no arthritis!- no joint pain , no menstruation symptoms, and I have dropped about 10 lbs.
I think the added weight was hormone related, and that these omega oils balanced my hormones--which indirectly helped the metabolism out .
