I now use "improve your eyesight" by James Bellevue
(www.bn.com)
I'ts a tape and book quite cheap but quality
I concentrate on :rotating letters (letters are rotated on your t.v screen and you have to follow them)
and all convergance exercises (this is the area where I am most lacking)
also there is more expensive equipment involving
concepts from visual ilusions.
especialy those that invlove "fake" depth:
the exercise involves trying to see a 3d image by combining ALMOST identical 2d images that are several centimeters apart(gradualy increase distance to increase difficulty).
always do the most difficult exercise for you to get best results- and increase the difficulty of easy ones.
rotating letters used to cause my a big headache every time I tried it - but not now.
