I finally decided to do a ginger detox bath.
The one where you wrap yourself up in a blanket, without drying off and hop into bed.
Wow, was i ever warm, i was having a difficult time staying in bed because it was just after the noon hour.
About 1/2 hour in bed afterwards.
I still think it helped i certainly feel much better.
Then i made a pot of ginger tea and after the 2nd cup just started perspiring again.
I though this must really be working.
Anyone else have luck with this bath?
