I heard a product called Colon Blow is really good. And no, I'm not kidding.

my colon has been swelling up a lot so much that my pants are very tight. i have been using dr john christopher lower bowel formula along with renew life called clean more. clean more has slippery elm and marchmallow root. it has been slightly crmping. i have had sweating almost like menopause sweats i think. i has pass stools that look like a stiff pudding. it seems to be pulling things out of me. i have seen corn that i have not eaten in 3 weeks. i have also pass stones even though it is hard to tell with it mix in withthe bm.

i have hopes.
