1. How many cleanses have you done?
Four so far.
2. How many cleanses do you plan to do?
Indefinite. In the near future, I plan to do four more through the summer, and then take another (longer) break. I'll probably do another set of four after the New Year.
3. What are the health problems that prompted you to try this?
Gall stones. Shoulder problems that I went to a chiropractor for, which I later discovered kinda go hand-in-hand with gall bladder problems.
4. What results are you seeing in that health problem?
Haven't had any shoulder problems since I started the
parasite cleanse. Haven't had any gall attacks, but then I haven't had any attacks after last year's battle with them.
5. What other favorable results are you experiencing?
Well, certain pains I couldn't explain went away after the
parasite cleanse. As I've been doing liver cleanses, my perpetual nasal blockage has lessened substantially (but not completely...). My skin is clearing up (but not there yet). My energy level is a lot higher. I'm not "lethargic" and "just blah" any more. In fact, I'm positively annoying sometimes. *evil grin*
Also, after my fourth flush, I finally started detecting actual mucous in my excrement. I had never seen it before; it just started coming out, and it was clearly "mucous-like" in appearance, so that's what I'm calling it.
6. What recipe do you prefer, and why?
Dr. Clark's recipe. I like it because a) it makes the most sense to me, and b) I've used it successfully. The only other one I tried is the one where you eat cream and berries. This one was the one where I actually pushed out larger stones, so it seems to have some merit, and I'll probably try it again. I love cream and berries. *grin*
7. What mistakes have you made?
Well, for my first "flush", I was so hungry that I ate food after consuming the oil. While I definitely experienced spasms then, I was unable to determine the success of my flush -- it's hard to find little tan stones or green bile blobs or what have you inside solid feces (which the food became) without a lot of fishing around, which I'm not at all interested in doing. Even so, I did find a few small "stones" on the first flush, and some "chaffe".
8. What problems have you experienced?
Other than mild anal irritation due to almost completely fluid excretion the day after, and the general diarrhea the following day, I haven't experienced any real problems. I haven't had any major pain as a result of any of the four flushes I've done. Certainly nothing like any of the attacks I had last year.

I have to agree with Scott -- you probably didn't do anything wrong. Chances are that you just had to work through this step. Cleansing isn't all fun and games! The biggest problem with these cleanses is that strange things do sometimes happen, and the cause isn't the cleanse but simply what the cleanse is getting out!
When I pushed out stones last year, not only did I experience the exquisite pain of forcing objects down very narrow passages, but I also had the hot flashes and the nausea, as if I were having some sort of bacterial infection (i.e. feverish, weak, upset tummy, etc.). Your symptoms sound a lot like what I experienced last year -- only without the pain.
These secondary symptoms usually take a back seat to the overriding awareness of just the pain, but they were there.
One other thing: Jasmine's suggestion about ginger is right on. Works great for most nausea. Wonderful addition to morning juice, too.
