So...with Paragone some people start seeing sesame or rice-shaped things in their stool ( parasite eggs). Some people see worms of all sorts and others see nothing. Some see evidence of parasites withint one week and with others it takes one month...and today I read a post by Yemaya saying she's been parasite cleansing for 5 months and has only started to see parasites! So! It varies.

I would stick to their directions of 3X daily.

Your first Liver Flush after one week of parasite cleansing is fine. (then keep up the PC after your flush too, to finish off the bottle)

You don't have to put the walnut tincture into your OO/GF mixture for your Liver Flush if you don't want to. No big deal if you don't.

Started on the paragone program about 10 days ago. Had to cut the dosage in half as i kept getting and keeping headaches. Bad ones. After a week i tried to increase to full dosage but headaches returned. Am now beginning to see stuff that resemble eggs in my stools and other assorted material.
