Hi Folks,

From this site i did the flush with the ES/OJ. It went perfect. I was not sick and there was no discomfort. I drank the 1/2 cup OJ and went to bed. The next day around 10am i passed 100+ mostly gravel. Around noon i passed another 100+ mostly gravel. There were 20+large green ones about 1 inch in size.

The key points are that not to drink anything before the oil (or after) so it does not float up, and to lie down and relax. I only did 3 of the 4 ES as everthing just happened without it.

I also passed a "thing" that was like a jellyfish. It was small and nasty looking. It was around 3 inches and looked like a growth or like something from another planet.

I started on a healthy life 6 months ago which led up to this first flush. I have done a parasite and Colon Cleanse for months with great results before this flush. I also did a series of hydro-therapy that finished off the parasite and colon cleanse. I now exercise each day, i have lost around 50 pounds.
