I agree with the rest of the responces... I have same reactions as you. The only times when they get better is when i have regular BM's. I am on my 6th month of cleansing... Im 22 and I have no idea how i got so toxic. Regarless.. I found that through all of this a couple things really help.
Number 1 ) breath..... look at your situation from a point of sacred witness. Your o.k... and things will get better... be nice to your self..and when ever you feel anxious or angry, or scared. Take a big breath... and knowthat you are on the road to healing.
Number 2 ) Support your body and health. How many salads are you eating? Are your veggies organic? are you drinking pop or coffee? Are you eating a simple diet that helps your body?
Support the detox- are you going to the washroom enough? Are you using tools like
Epsom Salt baths. Dry brushing. Essential oils? Can you get to a sauna? Can you get a series of colonics? Are you doing what you can to help yourself?
Number 3 ) Do you have a regular exercise plan? This is the most important I think. Not just walking.. something that makes you sweat and pushes you. This will help the anxiety/depression/confusion soooooo much, as well as your whole body.
