Did anyone ever do a flush without the ornithine?
I forgot to get some. Also I didn't get the Black-Walnut tincture.

This is a reply to # 572,353Yes you can flush with out the orinthine, however, you will have trouble sleeping. It is strange, but all of my flushes kept me up until the weee hours of the next morning.
All of my flushes have been very good. Not sleeping didn't prevent stones from coming out. I ordered orinthine from Dr. Clarks store and plan on taking some next time I flush.

I hope I can sleep though I have to work tomorrow. I usually can sleep if I go to bed b/4 10pm if not even doing a flush it is hard for me to fall asleep.

This is a reply to # 572,359I think it depends on the person. I have never used the orthinine, and I have never had trouble sleeping (I sleep very hard anyway). I have used the Black-Walnut on some flushes, but not all. You can use grapefruit seed extract instead of the Black-Walnut , too. Mel
