BUTTERFLY
i have a real good recipe for using flax seed.
grind the following:
3 tablespoons flaxseed
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon almonds
i change the recipe by adding 6 tablespoons of lecthin.
i keep in the refrigerator and put on top of cereal& salad. where i use it most is in my protein drink it helps with my liver. try it is great.

i have read that you should never eat flax seeds whole because it can get caught in your colon making it difficult to pass.
