As I have wrote yesterday I, along with my spose daughter and some friends, have been doing the 5 for 7 years now. I apreciated the opportunity to be able to share tips and experiences with others so was delighted to discover this forum. Our local yoga center, in Ottawa, offers a workshop on the Tibetans, once a year in June and I have found taking it very beneficial. No matter how long one has been practicing them there is always room for improvement. For instance I am constanly working on my number 4 and now that I havwe learned to titgten the buttocks and bring the shoulder blades together it makes it munch more efficient. I also follow the 5 with a plow and shoulderstand and a few lateral exercises (triangle, reverse triangle, sideways extension etc...) Well goodbye for now Namaste!!!
