But if someone had, I was wondering how they compared to the Five Tibetans...it is interesting to me that they are another set of five exercises that come from China (Tibetan region)...from looking at them, ours seem simpler, and less meditive and more stretching of the entire body...
I am happy doing my 21 repetitions per day of the Five Tibetan rites...my beard seems less grey, my hair doesn't seem like the red sea parting on my head is imminent anymore, I have more energy, my nose isn't clogged as often, I feel healthier and stronger...
Don't want to add any more exercises or routines...just curious as to how they compared...
