Hi Keith, thanks for sending me to the 5 tibetans site... that was all needed to get started. I am beginning my second week, having started at 3 repetitions and now up to five. I plan to increase by 2 a week up to 21. I am delighted with the way I feel, and am getting stronger every day!! They go so quickly. thanks for starting this forum!! HillaryCL
