I started to take Super seed from Garden of life 4 weeks ago. One scoop a day (2 are recommended) I did not notice a big change. But since I added Intestinew there is a big change in BM, I go 2x a day. I use one scoop of Super Seed and one of Intestinew every morning. That is it. Intestinew is recommended to be taken on an empty stomac, but I could not find the capsules, and alone it tates bad, so I mixed with the super seed, and I like it. I don't have bo, but bb. I have noticed a light difference with the Intestinew. I have been taken it only for 10 days, so it is too early to say how good it works against the bb. But I will let you know

You are on the right track. Intestinew capsules can be bought through health and energy site. They cost $21.95 plus 3.95 s&h. but you can buy the ingredients in it at vitamin shoppe so it is not so expensive Ex. n-acetyl glucosamine and l- glutamine and be constant, don't stop taking them for a long time. I have been taking these supplemetns and my Body Odor that I had forever and bad breath are gone, but I want to tell you I am very careful yet with the soy products. Soy makes my body smell terrible.

MoreThis is a reply to # 561,013I will continue posting my results soon. I have not had any bad reaction lately. I stopped using other stuff so that I know for sure it is working. I don't use Soy products AT ALL. Soy is a cheap bean that causes more bad than good. Soy causes that many 4-5 years old girls menstruate, causes thyroides disease, flatulence, plays havoc with hormones, hinders the absortion of zinc and calcium, etc etc. This stuff is real BAD. If you have read more about the victims of soy comsumtion I recommend everybody to read The Whole Soy Story by Kaayla T. Daniel. I bought it a couple of months ago in Tropical Traditions web. It is bad, bad. Thank you anyway for warning me.Advertisement
