everyone please read.... i recently had someone recommend --aerobic oxygen-- its at your local health food store. call ahead of time and ask if they carry it. or on the web you can order it, theres many brands, its all the same i guess. neway i've had bad breath so bad when i enter a room you can smell me before i open my mouth. i smelled but i knew it was coming from my throat and nose and stuff, so i thought it was my lungs, the therabreath never really worked long term i've tried sytem cleaning sun chlorella whatever i read that worked didnt work for me, see all the scientist are saying it was from the mouth but i really believed that it was coming internally well wrooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnngggg. when i put the drops of aerobic oxygen in a little water to gargle man it was like ten times the power of therabreath, therabreath have been cheating us with lots of water and little stabilized oxygen, my mouth feel like a clean pool. this is what i did:
dilute 10 drops of aerobic oxygen and 1 oz water
dip your floss in it and floss
then dip your tounge scraper in it and scrape many times redip each time
then in a seperate glass dilute 10 drops and 2 0z or 1 0z and gargles as long as you possibly can till you cant breath
~~~~if you have bad breath in your nose too like me~~~
make saline half cup warm water some salt and several drop of the aerobic oxygen
and saline your nose throughout the day
please try this it changed my life
i am not a marketer aerobic oxygen comes in many brand names so pick one and experience the life changes, read my past post i was and the end of life and now i live again i payed like 12.00 bucks at the store but it might be cheaper on the web i didnt want to wait for shipping i was desperate..

Can the bb come back? even if you use this stuff everyday? will the bacteria get imuned(sorry can't spell the word)

This is a reply to # 559,739I'm with you on that one sarahbirges, because it will make you insane. If it's going to be a cure then I'm all for it but if it's going to be a mask or quick fix, forget about it. The funny thing is that I have some aerobic oxygen in my house and it is aboute $12 or so dollars at whole foods. I use this oxygen everyday in my water, about 8 drops per 8oz. of water to supply my body with more oxygen. I never thought about using it for breath control though. Now since I already have it in my possession and won't have to go out and spend money, I will try the suggestions by nosesmelly and see what it renders. I'm not excited about it just curious. If I recollect, I've tried dropping a few drops on my tongue and no magic bullet there. So..... we'll see.
I honestly and truly feel that we are like dogs chasing our tails. We have it in our minds that we can solve this problem but we just keep going around in circles. I don't know about anybody else, but I'm pretty dizzy from the plethoria of info provided on this forum but no real success story! I'm willing to try another suggestion for a month and report the results only after a month. You will not hear from 46043 again until a month has passed. Then I will tell you yea or nay.

I am doing flushes and enemas and my breath stinks too , it can fill whole room

I know I said I wouldn't be back for a month to report on the results of aerobic oxygen. Well I don't have to wait for a month because it's a temporary fix so I'm back! This is why I didn't get excited because truth is that we are all genectically pre-disposed to having halitosis and it's not much that can be done. I did try brushing my teeth for 12 minutes while placing a fresh row of biotene on my toothbrush every 4 minutes. I must say that this is the most effective method I've ever tried. My mouth was so fresh and clean with no bitter tastes all day until I ate dairy. Have I ever told ya'll that dairy isn't my friend? I must must must stay away from dairy but it's hard because I love it so much!
Anyway, just a little toot of the horn to let you know the latest treatment. Brush for 6-12 minutes very gently so as not to scrape and irritate the gums. This may not be a cure but it's close to it for now. Be sure to get that tongue and if ya'll haven't purchased a water pik, do so asap. I think you'll be surprised at the results. Besides, a water pik can reach the tonsil area and behind the tongue for thorough irrigation. Your mouth will taste different. At least this way, you don't have to spend a whole lot of money because water piks last forever and can be recharged. You can by them as cheap as $25 bucks and you don't have to replenish every month like with therabreath, profresh and the other gimmicks.
People I refuse to believe that we have to go broke in order to get help. I am constantly trying to find at home methods that won't cost me a dime. I've given enough of my money away to masks and cover ups. I refuse to do anything any different than everyone else whose breath doesn't kick. I just may spend a little more time doing it than these people.

This is a reply to # 559,744well when i use it it works unfortunelty i only bought only 1 oz and i used it all up too quickly i use it to irrigate my nose then dip my floss in it and so on. anyway i gotta buy more i plan on making my own mouthwash instead of buying the thera breath. u see therabreath is also made with stabilized oxygen. that is the ingredient also known as OXY-8 or something like that. but therabreath is diluted with too much water and not enough of the stabalied oxygen so i just thought that the anerobic oxygen or stabalized oxygen is better to buy so i can dilute it myself and not keep buying ten dollar mouthwash.but when i dont use the oxygen 3 times a day it does come back but my bad breath has not been even half as bad as before when it does come back. so the oxygen is working to some degree even when i ran out. i also believe mind over matter so if we believe somethings going to work it will work and if we dont then of course it wont.

and some people got very dizzy if the used this oxyigen so they had to reduce the ammount, do you feel any dizzyness?

This is a reply to # 559,747the only brand they have at my health food store is 'aerobic 07' but on the web if you search for aerobic oxygen then theres a brand that is Aerobic Oxygen. its said to be the best. you can order from europe. its cheaper buying on the computer than at any store here. i just was anxious to get it. neway, i honestly have lived with this constant smell so strong i mean i literally grossed myself out, my breath would stink up my clothes and face and i always felt dirty so i would take like 4 showers a day. when i wake up its so foul. this stuff is the only thing that made a difference i've tried cleansing, colonics, sun-chlorella, chlorophyll, i mean everything and every mouthwash available. try this but make sure you irrigate your nose with this stuff too. read my other post and you will find out what i have to do. but no i dont get dizzy because the main think is is that i irrigate and gargle with it, so i spit it all back out just like a mouthwash. then i use as directed on the bottle for my drinking water. i know there has to be someone else that this works for being that my bb isnt a mild case. i really hope to god this works for you if you do buy it. i really dont want to let anyone down. but being that this truly has helped me i had to get it out to people like me.

I am new here.
I have a bad breath problem. I am currently using the Therabreath products. Very temporary relief. You get nervous, you dry out your saliva and the bad breath is all back.I haven't tried their Aktiv K12 Probiotics. Just read lots of info on Blis K12: the colonisation of the mouth by healthy bacteria.
Has anybody tried it? Makes sense to me so far. I'm gonna order some tomorrow. Got to try it and see. Hope...again!
Also, Have you heard of laser tonsillectomy? I'm gonna get one in August. Basically, they just do a local anesthesis and then, "polish" with a laser the surface of the cryptic tonsil. Great and only 300-400 hundred dollars.
Has anyone here tried acupuncture to treat xerostomia? I might consider it if previous stuff doesn't work.

This is a reply to # 559,757There is another forum, can't remember the name and many people had tried the K12 without success because there are so many different strains/types of bacteria that cause this problem. I too tried this and it was yet another waste of money on Dr Speiser's products.

This is a reply to # 559,757i strongly believe that BB is from the back of the toungue and throat. i used to think that it came internally, so i i tried cleansing and took herbs and sun-chlorella. the therabreath does the same for me, the bad breath returns after 20 min or so. i dont believe its internal, but i do believe anything with protein we eat makes it worse, i know our mouths have to produce an enzyme to break down our food and this makes our breath worse. so i dont eat dairy products, and i use the Stabalized Oxygen i've been talking about in my last post. i put drops in the therabreath mouth wash i already had and my bad breath goes away for hours, so i also drink lots of water and the Oxy drops i've been talking about. but please people understand its not internal and theres no cure internal so keep scraping the tounge and use some kind of oxygen drops and mouthwash(with the oxygen in it) it will work also irrigate the nose like i do this helps a 100%
