I know I said I wouldn't be back for a month to report on the results of aerobic oxygen. Well I don't have to wait for a month because it's a temporary fix so I'm back! This is why I didn't get excited because truth is that we are all genectically pre-disposed to having halitosis and it's not much that can be done. I did try brushing my teeth for 12 minutes while placing a fresh row of biotene on my toothbrush every 4 minutes. I must say that this is the most effective method I've ever tried. My mouth was so fresh and clean with no bitter tastes all day until I ate dairy. Have I ever told ya'll that dairy isn't my friend? I must must must stay away from dairy but it's hard because I love it so much!
Anyway, just a little toot of the horn to let you know the latest treatment. Brush for 6-12 minutes very gently so as not to scrape and irritate the gums. This may not be a cure but it's close to it for now. Be sure to get that tongue and if ya'll haven't purchased a water pik, do so asap. I think you'll be surprised at the results. Besides, a water pik can reach the tonsil area and behind the tongue for thorough irrigation. Your mouth will taste different. At least this way, you don't have to spend a whole lot of money because water piks last forever and can be recharged. You can by them as cheap as $25 bucks and you don't have to replenish every month like with therabreath, profresh and the other gimmicks.
People I refuse to believe that we have to go broke in order to get help. I am constantly trying to find at home methods that won't cost me a dime. I've given enough of my money away to masks and cover ups. I refuse to do anything any different than everyone else whose breath doesn't kick. I just may spend a little more time doing it than these people.
