This is a reply to # 542,418I am feeling really crappy from all my parasite cleansing. I also am scheduled to work a banguet tonight so I may be in the midst of serving at the time I am supposed to take the salts.
I am going to drink tons of green juices today and if i feel strong enough for the cleanse and still miss the Epsom Salt time slot, maybe I will just shift the flush schedule forward and stay up till 2am to do it!
We'll see.

This is a reply to # 542,415I'm drinking my lemonade as a chaser for the parastroy and toasting joanne for suggesting doing a mini Master-Cleanse before flushing. I'll have my apple juice in a little while. Send good thought towards the Ozark Mountains. Its too cloudy here to enjoy the lunar eclispe, but I'll be sending prayers and good thoughts to all my flushing friends today and tonight. Its #21 for me.

I'm in a bit of a dilemma here because of the timing... I'd love to drive up North and see the eclipse properly, but after 2 doses of ES, that may not be a very good idea...Hee heee! I will play it by ear.
Can't wait to hear from Ali, too. I think she did her flush last night.
