also 6 is the minimum drinks the dose is 6-12 per day...
so if you were only doign 4 youwere definelty in a starvation mode

so i woudl suggest increse to about 8 drinks and the mayple syrup will provid eyouwitht claories you need
if feel itis a bit much/ youcan lowe r teh syrup lvl a bit or increse it.. this is a variable allowed int he plan
so think folks or anyone if feel shaky can increase a bit and thos e wishign to lose can decrease a bit...
i myself fin di do fien at 1 and a half table sppons re drink/tehn if feel shaky i jstu adda bit mor eto the next drink... my son who is thin/ had to increse to 2 and a half table sppons per drink jstu to stop beign hungry and shaky
light exercises is the way to go yes..
teh first mc i did i lost 12 lbs/then in 2 weeks after i gained back about 8
i think the regain wa sbecaus ei ahd begun strogner exercises again and as i lost i was replaced by muscle /which weight mor ethan fat....
sicen then resuming my regualr diet/ and otehr detox thigns i do have have lost back the 8 and have a total of about 20 plus lbs lost.
i think you have to be carefulwhen losing wt/
because muscle weigth more than fat... a woman 140 with no muscle will look fatter than a woman 145 allmuscle see?
if youwan tto lose fat doen t do ahrd work outs do fat burnign ones... walkign slow repetions of stiar clinbign etc.
nothign fast and furious.. which your body will then have to fast draw to creste the energy to feed th muscles
ther eis a very big diff between fat burnign exercises and muscle buildign ones...

after i ahd my 3 kids (3 in 5 years)
i simply walked about 2-3 blocks upand back 2 tiems a day an in 2 months had lost weighta nd toend my tummy by jstu walkign stright and relaxed.
