i too had very bad pms a few days ago. i don't usually get pms but this was very uncomfortable. around this time i stared a parasite cleans along with coffee enemas in the morning instead my usual cup of joe! i was amazed and surprised to find my pms gone in 2 days! im continuing my cleanse never the less...this is just a bonus!
