Your experience certainly sounds familiar. I was put on the pill in college because that was the only "remedy" my doctors knew for my irregular cycles and debilitating cramps. I hated the way I felt on the pill and so fortunately quit taking it after a year. My cycles were more irregular than ever before. I was not yet very health conscious, and so I really didn't do much to heal underlying issues. I did start to consider the realtionship between my diet and cramps, though (excruciating pain is hard to ignore). By eliminating bad oils and hormone-laden foods I rid myself of cramps.

I also have candida, and have lately been focusing on my digestion. I have totally cleaned up my diet (no refined foods whatsoever and lots of enzyme and nutrient dense foods), have used Primal Defense with great results, and have in general adopted a healthier attitude and lifestyle. Your loss of 11 lbs is familiar- I have lost 15 lbs over the past year just by cleaning up my system and killing off candida. It's amazing, isn't it?

I am now really trying to focus on my hormone issues. I don't know what was going on with the vitex. It seemed to be having some sort of effect, but after 3 months of no period I decided that I needed to stop taking it for a while. I think that my hormones will be able to self-regulate once I get my body cleaned out. I am doing my second Liver Flush tomorrow night, have recently started the P&B shakes, and will do a parasite cleanse soon as well. Thanks for all of your great info. Wow. I hope you see this response. I don't want to write my novel until I know if this thread is still active. I will say I saw myself in your updates. I felt my jaw hit the floor and that doesn't happen very often.

I find all of your postings very informational. I no longer have a uterus at age 44 and am hypothyroid for the last 15 years. I went all thru my teens and up to 40 with extremely irregular periods, sometimes only once a year would I get my period. I wish I knew now what I didn't know then about my congested liver and gallbladder not functioning. It is all tied in together, and if we have the knowldge to help our bodies heal.

I've read fluoride poisoning can affect a lot of systems in the human body and brain.

A few people have used a teaspoon of borax in a liter or court of water at different durations. And have claimed to have great results. Especially with energy. Bloating has been a symptom of using this treatment.

Has anyone had good results using this as a type of cleanse? Even for parasites? I've found a couple of things that work better that include the boric ingredient. Johnson's foot bath powder being one. Apple cider vinager increases its effectiveness in drawing out impurities or parasites ten fold.

I'm not sure if the black specks coming through n exiting my pores are parasites, their toxins or impurities that've been in the body for who knows how long.


Spot treating with the JFB powder AND vinager seem effective also.

Most recipes I've read include the peroxide and borax. I've read borax or boric acid is toxic to dogs so I've not tried this as a bath for them or myself as of yet.

Has anyone used these and had luck or bad luck n reactions I'd appreciate hearing from you..I've become increasingly worried there might not be a cure. I'm also worried at the probably of parasites causing sterility. If they attack the female egg area it's not like we women can make more unlike men. Makes sense to me to be worried. Is an MRI the only way to really see n know the true extent at which parasite damage has taken place?

My not so bright family practitioner did run tests all of which returned negative. The mouth swabs were done after I'd put a mouthful of vinager in my mouth for a couple minutes that morning right before leaving for my appointment. I saved n showed him the offwhite material excreted from my gums. He said its normal it would do that... low grade fever for over two months also said it's normal. Tho I've always ran about a degree under normal. Never missed a period either. Nearly always 4 days around the same flow. Maybe one day if cramps no now 3 miss cycles tho inbthe middle I had 1 1/2 days of super dark spotting with black specks. Like bigger pepper size if I had to describe.

Also said normal. Tho female exam 6-7 months ago showed nothing abnormal. I did test positive for the HPV 16. I had to request n payout of pocket if needed to get the 16 part answered. No physicsl signs of the virus being active then now might be. Some infrequent bouts of discharge. Since pug pregnancy n battling to have the three and my two adults survive and seam mostly healthy I've not even cared to date.

Deffinately not now with this parasite issue. The pugs mouths have the biggest issue where mostly seam normal otherwise. Vaguely possible that their n my saliva glands are plugged. Which would allow their and my mouth to be showing signs otherwise might not have. Tho what caused this??

Best answer the ear nose and throat guy gave was drinking pop. Which 1-2 cans a day. Come on now. Really?? My pugs eat grain free food and don't drink pop... if I recall correctly, my low grade fever might be allowing what my pugs have to have thrived in me is my best guess as typically the temperature difference prohibits any real problems in humans with most dog parasites. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Any and all info regarding my posts today would be immensely appreciated. Seams how my dr may not give me the referal to the infectious doctor I reasearched and need in order to see her.

Then the realization I have these worms like my pugs have in their eyes I thought was just a funny term bugs in the eyes when there's gunk. They're also in my saliva I've recently noticed. The hair thinning. Fecal seed looking things that stick to toilet for days if not cleaned. I've not had these amounts for awhile like the ones the other family members have quite obviously. The same thing I'm giving my pugs I'm taking and it's helped quite a lot. An earlier post I responded to today goes into a lot of detail on what I've used an using and what I'm planning to try.. potassium and zinc tablets. Waiting to see if anyone's had success with these two. They work externally. Even in some garden pesticides. Extra strength sink diaper cream works externally. Really messy tho. And not recommended on dog's male private parts. Tho I think my vet was wrong saying it caused the sac infection. I've spent over a grand on two different vets to no avail..

Why aren't drs more accountable for guessing via lack of knowledge??? N then say it's in a person's head.

One blood test showed an elevated inflammation marker. He'd never been able to explain the cause either. I've gone on and on too much with this post. I apologize. I'm hoping to read a response that can help. Any ideas, thoughts and experiences Are appreciated.
