Today I started taking GCG, Curcuma, and Coptis, as recommended from Julia at sensiblehealth.com. Anyone else taking these? I have done 5 flushes and have yet to get out any real stones, which tells me that my liver is probably really congested. I have oily skin and breakouts I want to get rid of so I am really hoping these herbs help me have a sucessful cleanse. I also noticed that in 3 weeks there is the weekend of the Harmonic Concordance (visit the spiritual and Consciousness Forum s) so I wonder if that will help make this cleanse even more effective?
