I don't know in terms of grams, but I do well with 2-3 tablespoons total per day of ghee or butter, olive oil, and coconut oil. In addition I take 1 teaspoon each of flax and cod liver oils and consume lots of raw nuts and about 5 eggs per week. I used to follow a very low fat diet, so I was apprehensive about adding fats. However, in the past few months I have actually lost weight. The Weston Price website has some very interesting info on fats and many other dietary issues (westonaprice.org).
