I think it's pretty simple -- drink organic juices and lots of water, empty out your system, and then get the Bentonite and psyllium in there to bulldoze out the garbage. (I'm wondering if the Bentonite is truly needed as the 3 tablespoons of psyllium seem to be doing the work?)

It was striking to see the mucoid plaque mixed in with the other stuff -- you can definitely (at least with mine) tell which was which. Once you see it, you'll be a believer!!!!!

Hey -- can finally see this! (I tried yesterday but the forum problems kept me from it)

the five feet is rough -- it's also a real guess as the stuff isn't a true "rope" as in x inches long but branches all over the place. The first batch (which broke up coming out) was about 2 feet, then I got a six incher, a 10 incher, another six incher, and yesterday morning another six-seven inches or so. That was was great to see because I had already started second-guessing myself as to what it was and then out comes this stuff attached to regular stuff that is so totally different (and hard and rubbery and definitely OLD) that it psyched me up totally again.

Yesterday I was also getting a flourescent green/brown mucusy-like substance, but I won't hazard a guess. ;-)

I wonder if someone came to this "fresh" and just did a few days of juice or Water Fasting with the P&B drinks if they would get the same types of results.

I'll probably redo this short one -- or go a little longer -- sometime in the next few weeks -- depends on work.
