I've had simillar pain during sex, and the more the endo spreads the more pain I have. Also worse for me the closer I get to my period in my cycle. Have you had a lap yet to find out if it's endo for sure? I was having cramps and strange bleeding for a few years, even occasionaly morning sickness but didn't think anything of it. Figured it was normal, or at least nothing serious enough to worry about until the pain got bad. They said it was a cyst and did a lap to take it out only to find the cyst was covered in endo. The cyst made the pain worse for me... thank god or I might not have found out about the endo. Have you had an ultrasound done to check for that? Endo can cause them too. Best of luck!!
