You're only 15!!! The first thing you have to do is eat ALL THE TIME. Drink milk between meals. Take some protein powder if you're not building any muscle.
The second thing is to go to bed before 10:30 pm. If you don't go to bed early your body won't produce growth hormone, which it only does in deep sleep, quite early in the night.
Third, you have to keep your stress levels down.
1. EAT
2. SLEEP early and often.
3. BE HAPPY!
If you still feel too skinny when you're 18, then you can start to worry a little (not too much)
