hi there, im a 15 year old 5ft "10 male and am 9 stone 5 pounds. i'm no i'm not too badly underweight but it gets on my nerves when people call me lanky as when i was younger i was chubby and strived to loose weight and gain muscle. i thought i had a good figure but now i'm getting taller i catch glimpses of myself in the mirror and think i look incredibly skinny. the main parts of my body which i feel are too skinny include my lower forearms/ upper wrists, my calf and akilis muscles and my upper body as a whole i.e chest, stomach. i do workout and use weights including forearms and for biceps and do calf muscle excercises daily. however i've been doing it for around 2 months and i can't see a change. can anyone give me some tips on dieting to put on weight or excercises that will help me gain the muscle that i feel i need to stop feeling insecure about myself.
