Its intestinal lining, its totally normal. Some of the intestinal mucosa sheds as a cleansing mechanism. It can be so small, and unnoticable, but with heavy cleansing it promotes shedding dead cells. I thought it a parasite too. Mine was long and stringy. I sent it to a lab and the biochemist explained it all to me.
