you will have to make.
You will
agree with me that you are drinking
VERY VERY little water for your size
and weight:
With that
little liquid in your body your digestion cannot be right. You don’t have
enough bile to digest properly. Please DESESPERATLY and URGENTLY drink more
water!!!
Your circadian rhythm is
upside down if you REALLY are going to bed in the morning???
Ideally 10
p.m. is the best time to go to bed.
The main meal should be
around midday because at that time is when the body has more digestive power.
Vegetarian for some people means drinking milk, eating
cheese and eggs or a lot of tofu, etc. Drinking coffee, alcohol, sodas, coke,
etc. The best, as you can guess, is to leave all those things out.
Eating when hungry is very advanced method only for people who
are in very good health and perfectly in tune with their body/mind. For the
rest of us the best is to eat at fixed hours, then the body falls in a certain
natural rhythm. For dinner the best time is between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
If you don’t move enough physically
your lymphatic system is blocked and this together with the little water you
are taking means the circulation in your body must very poor. And poor
circulation is the cause of almost all diseases.
When I was
asking you about the kind
of liver flush you did I wanted to know if you used colonics before and
after the flush. If you don’t use them you are not making them completely safe
and you can hurt yourself. Also a product like Oxypowder will help you to clean
the colon before and after the flush.
If you
start implementing all these things you will feel MUCH MUCH better VERY SOON. Even the first day you start drinking 1.5 till 2 liters of water (you are big) your will feel MUCH BETTER and your breath will improve
greatly.

can help much.
