Freezing fruit and vegetables greatly diminishes the life force (Chi) in them, especially when blanched beforehand. The body's cells require Chi more than they require nutrients. If nutrients are deprived of their life force, the cells will resist metabolizing them. Microwaves completley destroy Chi. Freezing fresh foods without blanching would be the better choice, but when the food is taken out of the freezer and then warmed up, certain bacteria (for decomposition) rapidly multiply. Blanching acts like a kind of sterilization, similar to pasteurization. The loss of taste and color that occurs with freezing fresh foods speaks for itself. This is due to loss of vitamins and life force during the freezing and defreezing process. The story is different with regard to stable foods, such as beans and grains, breads, etc. They can be frozen without much loss of value. Chi is locked in those foods like fire is locked in wood. Their Chi becomes activated once room temperature has been reached. The same applies to dried fruits, naturally preserved by enzyme inhibitors. When soaked in water, they reabsorb life force through the process of soaking up water.
Frozen food is not bad (versus) good. However, there are different stages of value we can attribute to foods: Freshly harvested, organically grown; havested too early, organically grown; freshly harvested, not organically grown; harvested too early, not organically grown; frozen without prior blanching; frozen with prior blanching; frying in fats (extreme heat) and the use of microwaves.
Of course, frozen dinners are at the bottom of the list along with microwaves. The toxic chemicals and preservatives that are added to them is another story entirely. You can very much determine the health of a person by checking out his fridge. The more processed and manufactured foods he eats, the more weight problems and health issues arise. In comparison, go to countries or areas where people still only live of the land, not food manufacturers, you won't find obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer or osteoporosis.
I have a rebounder myself and use it every day. Yes, it does move and massage the inner organs, and gradually tightens them as muscles attached to them become strengthened. Build up gradually and respect your limitations. Over time, these restrictions ease up. It is a great exercise tool.
