Hi Toni:
It is good to read your post. I am a little surprised that you have such a loaded down liver at your age. But as you said, you have not been kind to your liver with your past diet.
I too, am just past the #50 mark, actually 52. I have expelled 2 1/2 quarts of solid stones and other debries. So far no change in my chronic fatigue, headaches and food sensitivities, but hope springs eternal. :)
No, I never give up. It has been suggested that some of us keep on producing stones faster than we can flush them out. For me that is not the case.
The reason I say that is because each flush is a new surprise, shock. I can see a progressive pattern in my flushing results.
I have expelled stones large and small, then flush 12 was a dog pile of a cream-coloured gue mess, then many more stones, then much chaff and old stagnent bile, then more stones for many more flushes. After 2 months interval there was mainly more stagnent bile and chaff, next a flush of fine gravel that sank to the bottom and the last, recent flush was more piles of gue. I could feel that it came from the upper reaches of the liver, near the shoulders. This was the first time that I could feel movement in that area at flushing time.
I think that with that much gunk it is a wonder to me that I am alive. It shows the tremendous stamina the liver has to do its job. Think of the weight that all this debries is not only on the liver to pull it out of shape, but also the enormous stress on the surrounding organs. And all this toxic load is full of bacteria, viruses and dead parasites, yuk.
I have been doing the last 4 flushes weekly because the results are so encouraging.
There is one man on curezone he did 80 flushes and he cured himself of severe systemic lupus. His name is Bruce Buchanan, you may be able to locate his post if you want.
I heard that Dr. Hulda Clark worked with one man in his eighties who did 125 flushes. As long as the stuff keeps coming out its a good sighn I think. Good luck, Giz.
