I went to the urologist with this nodule problem aobut 8 years ago. It was right after Lance Armstsrong was diagnosed with ball cancer and being an avid cyclist, I was concerned.

He told me that this is just some kind of thickening in the vas deferens that occasionally gets painful.

So far he's been right. I've only had minor recurrences. These things he told me:
- Don't hold your pee in, go to the bathroom.
- Don't hold back too severely when having sex or masturbating.
- Take naproxen sodium to relive temp swelling (aka aleve).

Of course, this could be something else, including Lance's malady or western medical ignorace. Just my experience.

I've had the very same issue since mid 2000. I saw doctor after doctor and none of them could find anything. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a year ago. I went on insulin injections but I couldn't get my dosages correct (Niether could my diabetic experts) Slowly my sugars returned to normal (between 4 & 8 mmol's) I've been off insulin for 8 months now because this isn't JUST diabetes (if at all) Anyway, I was found to have a 2+ candida overgrowth and a Blastocystis Hominis parasitic infection in my GI tract. The pain above, or just behind, the testicle has eased a little (Nothing to get too excited about yet) however, among other symptoms I've had a groin rash for 6 years, and this is starting to dissipate. Things are happening slowly but I'm fairly convinced we will nail it eventually.

If you have had unprotected sex you could have gonorrhea or suppressed gonorrhea to where if you took Antibiotics the Antibiotics did not cure anything. I just pushed the disease deep into the body to other parts and organs. Now you have a very huge problem if this it the case. See a homeopath that know how to treat suppressed gonorrhea. Medical testing does not know how to pick it up and it always comes back negative. If this is not the case you need to know about it anyway.
