Several months ago, when the
parasites scattered everywhere, I had some embed themselves into my back muscles. It was painful and couldn't do anything about it. Anisakis or flat worm could be the culprit. Once Anisakis goes into the muscles, they are hard to treat because they will encase themselves.
A few weeks ago, I increased my garlic to eating 1-3 heads (7-10 cloves per bunch?) of fresh garlic per day. I soaked a bunch in oil and cooked it slightly to release the volatile oils. After 10-days of eating this, I noticed that one of the worms detached from by backside.
I slowed down on the garlic and herb intake until I can figure out what to do with the critters in my eyes (see post on eye video). I will later go back to 2-3 bunches per day.
Anyway, I encourage everyone to increase your garlic. If you are overly sensitive to garlic crush a bunch of cloves and put them in a foot pan, or socks covered with plastic and walk around for awhile. Your feet will quickly absorb the garlic into the bloodstream and intestines.
